+ Work closely with the Pricing team and provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospect projects, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
+ Conduct review meetings with all necessary stakeholders to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, to provide insight for the improvement on the sales and activity performance of Sales Engineers.
+ Monitor measure and modify process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs, quality standards and business objectives.
+ Responsible for achieving mission objectives regarding sales, profit, Collection and backlog analysis.
+ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
+ As a member of the leadership team, responsible for participating in annual operating plan preparation.
+ Review project measurements and monitors projects through completion.

**Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
+ At least 7-10 years' related sales management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with the operation of HVAC systems.
