About the business areaThe Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include- Asset Growth/Portfolio Management - Support in the assessment of customer needs requirements provide oversight on all first time leverage requests and review all early sales of securities or those involving large losses to support wealth management’s customer value propositions.
- Proposition/Product Development- Provide support to the Investments and Bancassurance product teams in developing a cohesive long term proposition strategy.
- Continuous Improvement- Assist in implementing change initiatives and programmes that drive efficiencies execute implementation plans and track achievements.
- External Promotion/Advisory Services- Promote wealth management products provide advice to clients manage complaints and ensure client understanding of solutions
- Internal Advice /Guidance - Provide expertise to RMs to ensure adequate knowledge and improve investment book quality.
- Risk Management and Compliance -Review and adhere to regulations monitor risk levels implement strategies and ensure sales quality.
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
- Self-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance.
- Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Banking/financial institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Planning Designation Course from a Reputable Institute
- Written and spoken English
- Knowledge of sales and financial products including leveraged solutions
- Knowledge of financial markets, including products such as Mutual Funds, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Bonds and equities
- Competitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role is 18000 AED– 26000AED per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional client journey — from warm welcomes to smooth check-outs. You will also be responsible for maximizing bookings and retail sales through upselling while contributing to the salon’s social media presence. Proficiency in Fresha is essential. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk • Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude. • Manage bookings, confirmations, and changes via Fresha. • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and payments using Fresha POS. • Promote and upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products. • Rebook clients for their next visit to maintain high retention. Salon Operations • Coordinate daily schedules for stylists, nail technicians, and lash artists. • Manage walk-ins, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently. • Keep accurate records of clients, service history, and packages on Fresha. • Track deposits, outstanding balances, and redemption of promotions. • Generate Fresha reports to support management with sales and performance tracking. Upselling & Social Media Support • Identify upselling opportunities (e.g., add-ons like treatments, nail art, or premium services). • Actively contribute ideas and content for the salon’s Instagram, TikTok, and social platforms (e.g., capturing before/after pictures, client testimonials, trending reels). • Collaborate with management on executing Fresha promotions and marketing campaigns. • Encourage clients to tag the salon and share their experience online. Team Support • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the team. • Support staff with scheduling and time management. • Assist in training new team members on using Fresha and salon processes.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Salon Coordinator / Front Desk Executive (preferably in a beauty, wellness, or hospitality environment). • Strong knowledge of Fresha (calendar management, client database, POS, reporting, and promotions). • Passion for upselling and ability to boost retail/service sales. • Familiarity with social media trends (Instagram Reels, TikTok, beauty marketing). • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Client-focused with the ability to multitask in a busy salon.
