We’re looking for a Business Solutions Manager to join our CMG Seismic Solutions business unit and drive growth across the Middle East by delivering innovative software and service solutions to new and existing clients. CMG Seismic Solutions business unit brings together two innovative companies—Sharp Reflections and Bluware — to empower geoscientists with cutting-edge tools for interpreting seismic data and understanding the Earth’s subsurface.

As Business Solutions Manager, you will drive software and services growth across the Middle East by delivering technical solutions, building customer relationships, and leading proof-of-concept projects that support sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Services, and R&D teams to create tailored proposals while developing a strong understanding of Sharp Reflections and Bluware software. Regular client engagement—including presentations, demos, and attendance at industry events—is essential, as is acting as a trusted advisor to both new and existing customers. You’ll report to the Head of Sales, Eastern Hemisphere, and contribute to the broader strategy and success of the Seismic Solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.

Lead technical pre-sales activities, including scoping, POCs, and software demonstrations.

Maintain and grow relationships with clients through ongoing engagement and support.

Act as a regional ambassador for Sharp Reflections and Bluware at meetings and events.

Collaborate with Services and R&D to develop client-specific proposals and solutions.

Track opportunities in CRM and support the full sales cycle from prospect to close.

Meet or exceed revenue targets set by executive management.

Vos responsabilités

Contexte : Suite à la fin de mission du cabinet de conseil ayant accompagné l’implémentation de NetSuite, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste ERP expérimenté(e) pour prendre le relais en interne.

Business Analysis

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to support the analysis of CRM and SAP data, with a strong focus on sales performance, key account growth, and market intelligence.This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights that drive sales growth and improve team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Analysis:
    • Evaluate team performance based on CRM data (e.g., activity tracking, conversion rates, pipeline health).
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales within strategic (big) accounts.
    • Provide insights to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
  • SAP Data Analysis:
    • Analyze sales, inventory, and transaction data from SAP.
    • Detect inconsistencies, patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
    • Create dashboards or reports for relevant KPIs.
  • Integrate insights from CRM and SAP data into broader market intelligence reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer behavior trends using internal and external data sources.
  • Provide regular reports on market gaps, growth opportunities, and emerging trends.
  • Sales Strategy Support:
    • Work with sales leadership to optimize strategies for key accounts.
    • Help define KPIs and benchmarks to track ongoing performance.
    • Propose data-backed recommendations to support business growth.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within sales or market intelligence roles.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SAP.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data modeling is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
