The Role

Requirements
• Experience: 5–7 years in project management, including 3+ years in SAP implementation. Experience in operations management preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules, project management tools/software. • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of industry-specific business and operational processes.   • Proven track record of leading successful SAP EC Payroll projects from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
