The Role
The Project Lead for SAP Implementation (Operations Integration) will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of a new SAP system, ensuring operational requirements are fully integrated into the project. Requirements
• Experience: 5–7 years in project management, including 3+ years in SAP implementation. Experience in operations management preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules, project management tools/software. • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of industry-specific business and operational processes. Competencies & Skills • Leadership and team management. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Organizational and multitasking skills. • Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building. • In-depth SAP knowledge and technical proficiency. Vos responsabilités

Contexte : Suite à la fin de mission du cabinet de conseil ayant accompagné l’implémentation de NetSuite, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste ERP expérimenté(e) pour prendre le relais en interne.

Vous deviendrez le/la référent(e) NetSuite au sein de l’équipe Finance, garant(e) du bon fonctionnement de l’outil et pilote des futures évolutions (nouvelles briques, intégrations API, extensions, ajout d’instances dans les souscriptions).

Missions principales :

  1. Administration & Pilotage
    • Finaliser et optimiser l’implémentation actuelle de NetSuite.
    • Garantir la fiabilité et la qualité des données financières (comptabilité, facturation, reporting).
    • Superviser imports/exports, workflows et automatisations.
    • Gérer les accès et maintenir des rôles adaptés.
  2. Évolutions & Intégrations
    • Déployer de nouveaux modules et briques fonctionnelles.
    • Piloter les projets d’intégration (API, connecteurs) avec les autres outils (CRM HubSpot, Lucca, Upflow…).
    • Améliorer en continu l’ERP (souscriptions, instances, nouvelles fonctionnalités).
    • Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des solutions innovantes.
  3. Customisation & Optimisation
    • Adapter l’ERP aux besoins métiers (interfaces, workflows, rapports).
    • Créer et maintenir dashboards et reportings pour Finance & Business.
    • Garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et efficace.
  4. Support & Accompagnement
    • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs selon leurs besoins.
    • Fournir un support opérationnel quotidien et documenter les procédures.
    • Faire le lien entre Finance, IT et Business pour favoriser l’adoption de l’outil.
  5. Référent interne
    • Assurer la gouvernance de NetSuite (maintenance, mises à jour, cohérence des usages).
    • Être le point de contact unique NetSuite en interne et avec les partenaires externes.
    • Contribuer à la structuration et à la digitalisation de la fonction Finance.

Profil recherché :

  • 4–5 ans d’expérience sur NetSuite (implémentation, administration, support, évolutions)
  • Formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité, gestion ou SI
  • Certification NetSuite ou projet (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) appréciée
  • Excellente compréhension des processus financiers et métiers.
  • Capacité à traduire les besoins business en solutions NetSuite.
  • Excellentes qualités de communication et d’animation

  • At least 8 years of experience in SAP EC Payroll implementation, preferably in a project management capacity with multinational organizations preferably operating in the middle east region.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP EC Payroll projects from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Implement SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation and reporting in the cloud, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for multi-entity organizations.
  • Support the configuration of Group Reporting for IFRS and local accounting standards, ensuring proper financial consolidation for all entities within the group.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SAP Treasury, Bank Communication Management (BCM), Group Reporting, and Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC), specifically for E-invoicing requirements. This role focuses on delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions for financial management, ensuring UAE Localization compliance, and supporting the implementation of e-invoicing and tax reporting solutions.

As part of an SAP implementation partner team, the consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing SAP S/4HANA finance modules, ensuring the solution aligns with client business requirements and local regulatory needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP FICO implementation projects, covering both configuration and customization of the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • Configure and implement SAP FI modules in the S/4HANA Public Cloud, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Tax Management.
  • Implement and configure SAP CO modules, including cost center accounting (CCA), profit center accounting (PCA), internal order management, and activity-based costing (ABC), Product costing, Profitability Analysis.
  • Ensure proper integration of FI with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) to ensure end-to-end automation of financial processes.
  • Drive the optimization of financial reporting and performance tracking.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, hedging, and bank integration in S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions.
  • Configure Bank Communication Management (BCM) to integrate with electronic payment systems and manage bank master data, ensuring secure and efficient processing of transactions.
  • Set up payment programs, bank statement integration, and cash management to enable effective treasury operations.
  • Implement SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation and reporting in the cloud, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for multi-entity organizations.
  • Support the configuration of Group Reporting for IFRS and local accounting standards, ensuring proper financial consolidation for all entities within the group.
  • Implement SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for E-Invoicing in compliance with KSA’s tax regulations and local e-invoicing standards.
  • Set up the e-invoicing functionality to ensure seamless generation, submission, and validation of invoices, ensuring compliance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) of the KSA.
  • Ensure e-invoicing integration with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring smooth handling of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate SAP DRC to automate VAT reporting, enabling clients to streamline VAT compliance and improve accuracy in tax filings.
  • Support clients with compliance reporting and ensuring audit trails for all invoicing and tax documentation.
  • Implement UAE & KSA Localization features, ensuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud aligns with local tax regulations, including VAT, Zakat, WPS (Wages Protection System), and banking regulations.
  • Configure VAT functionality within SAP FI and ensure accurate VAT reporting through integration with SAP DRC for seamless submission to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
  • Ensure compliance with Zakat (corporate tax) and WPS (Wages Protection System), and

configure them in the SAP S/4HANA system.

Job description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and will have experience with medium to large companies, preferably in sectors such as power & water, utilities, concessions, construction, oil & gas.
