The Project Lead for SAP Implementation (Operations Integration) will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of a new SAP system, ensuring operational requirements are fully integrated into the project. This role covers end-to-end project management, alignment of operational objectives with SAP capabilities, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets. The Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration, with a focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness. Core Responsibilities 1. Project Management • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders. • Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet objectives. • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards. 2. Operations Alignment • Collaborate with operations managers to capture and integrate requirements into the SAP design. • Conduct workshops/meetings to gather feedback. • Ensure SAP processes enhance operational performance. 3. Team Leadership • Lead SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts. • Allocate tasks, set priorities, and provide direction. • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture. 4. Stakeholder Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, especially the operations team. • Deliver regular status reports and risk updates. • Facilitate presentations and discussions on project milestones. 5. Risk Management • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Monitor risks continuously throughout the project lifecycle. 6. Quality Assurance • Ensure SAP deliverables meet operational and business standards. • Conduct reviews and audits to validate quality. Self-Management Responsibilities • Time Management: Effectively prioritize to meet deadlines. • Adaptability: Adjust to dynamic project environments. • Continuous Learning: Stay current on SAP advancements and project management trends. • Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges with innovative solutions.
Requirements
• Experience: 5–7 years in project management, including 3+ years in SAP implementation. Experience in operations management preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules, project management tools/software. • Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of industry-specific business and operational processes. We are looking for a Finacle Data Migration Lead to drive and oversee the end-to-end migration of banking data from legacy systems to Finacle. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data migration strategies, ETL processes, and deep knowledge of Finacle architecture and core banking modules.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end data migration process for Finacle implementation, including planning, design, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
- Define and implement data migration strategy, framework, and best practices aligned with project timelines and business requirements.
- Coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure smooth migration of customer, account, transaction, and reference data.
- Oversee data mapping and validation between legacy and Finacle systems.
- Manage data quality checks, exception handling, and issue resolution during test and production migrations.
- Conduct mock runs, data reconciliation, and UAT support , ensuring successful data sign-off before go-live.
- Work closely with the Finacle functional and technical teams to align on data structures and migration scripts.
- Prepare migration status reports , highlight risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide post-migration support and ensure system stability.
- 8+ years of experience in core banking implementations, with at least 4 years in Finacle data migration projects .
- Strong hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Python, or Informatica.
- In-depth understanding of Finacle database schema and core modules (CIF, CASA, Loans, Deposits, GL, etc.).
- Proven experience in data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall project environments and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- At least 8 years of experience in SAP EC Payroll implementation, preferably in a project management capacity with multinational organizations preferably operating in the middle east region.
- Proven track record of leading successful SAP EC Payroll projects from start to finish.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- SAP EC employee central certification is required (SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central).
- Experience with international payroll implementations is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
