Integration of PDA application with Sap s/4 Hana -Scope of work:

We aim to integrate our PDA application with SAP S/4 Hana. To achieve this, we require stored procedures from SAP HANA Database to fetch master data such as branch, product, user, and supplier information, as well as transaction details based on invoice numbers from purchase orders (POs).

Once transactions are made in the PDA application, they should sync with SAP HANA Database using stored procedures. Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full implementation lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA in line with manufacturing business needs.
  • Configure and customize relevant SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, WM, QM) for industry-specific workflows.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, supply chain, and finance teams to align SAP functionalities with business processes.
  • Ensure data integration between SAP and plant-level systems such as MES, LIMS, and SCADA.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance, and support audit readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, with at least 2 years on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Hands-on experience in cement or steel manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and ERP integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep functional knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management, Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role involves delivering end-to-end finance solutions in S/4HANA, supporting critical business processes, and driving financial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in SAP FICO implementation projects, overseeing system integration, business support, data migration, and testing.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
  • Work with SAP S/4HANA 1809 and newer versions.
  • Manage period-end closing, financial reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS, PM, PP, TM).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Product Costing (Discrete, Process, or Repetitive Manufacturing).
  • Configure and support cost planning, cost object controlling, and actual costing/material ledger functionalities.
  • Configure and execute Results Analysis (RA) for project cost and revenue recognition in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
  • Define RA keys, valuation methods, and line-item categories for accurate profit realization and WIP accounting.
  • Implement and support Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.
  • Collaborate with AR/AP teams to enhance receivables and payables processes.
  • Experience with SAP Treasury & Risk Management modules including Money Market, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Securities, Investments, Debt Management, and Trade Finance, covering transaction handling, valuation, and reporting.
  • Integrate banking solutions via SWIFT, EBICS, MT940/XML formats.
  • Enable predictive analytics and planning capabilities through SAC integration with S/4HANA.
  • Build interactive stories and KPI-based reports with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct end-user training, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot SAP FICO users.
  • Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Showcase expertise in both standard and customized finance and controlling reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
