- Configure and implement SAP FI modules in the S/4HANA Public Cloud, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Tax Management.
- Implement and configure SAP CO modules, including cost center accounting (CCA), profit center accounting (PCA), internal order management, and activity-based costing (ABC), Product costing, and Profitability Analysis.
- Ensure proper integration of FI with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) to ensure end-to-end automation of financial processes.
- Drive the optimization of financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Lead the implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, hedging, and bank integration in S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud solutions.
- Configure Bank Communication Management (BCM) to integrate with electronic payment systems and manage bank master data, ensuring secure and efficient processing of transactions.
- Set up payment programs, bank statement integration, and cash management to enable effective treasury operations.
- Implement SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation and reporting in the cloud, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting for multi-entity organizations.
- Support the configuration of Group Reporting for IFRS and local accounting standards, ensuring proper financial consolidation for all entities within the group.
- Implement SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions for E-Invoicing in compliance with KSA’s tax regulations and local e-invoicing standards.
- Set up the e-invoicing functionality to ensure seamless generation, submission, and validation of invoices, ensuring compliance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) of the KSA.
- Ensure e-invoicing integration with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring smooth handling of invoices, credit notes, and debit notes in line with regulatory requirements.
- Integrate SAP DRC to automate VAT reporting, enabling clients to streamline VAT compliance and improve accuracy in tax filings.
- Support clients with compliance reporting and ensuring audit trails for all invoicing and tax documentation.
- Implement UAE & KSA Localization features, ensuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud aligns with local tax regulations, including VAT, Zakat, WPS (Wages Protection System), and banking regulations.
- Configure VAT functionality within SAP FI and ensure accurate VAT reporting through integration with SAP DRC for seamless submission to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
- Ensure compliance with Zakat (corporate tax) and WPS, and configure them in the SAP S/4HANA system.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax Management, and integration with MM/SD.
- Experience with SAP Treasury, BCM, DRC, and Group Reporting in cloud environments (Public/Private Cloud).
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, UAE and KSA localization requirements, VAT, Zakat, and WPS regulations.
- Ability to lead SAP FICO implementation projects, deliver configuration and customization, and ensure alignment with client business requirements and local regulatory needs.
- Strong documentation, compliance, and audit-trail capabilities for invoicing and tax processes.
