Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) projects within Water and Power sectors.
Prepare, review, and validate Feasibility Studies, Scope of Work (SoW), Tender Documents, and ensure value engineering is applied to optimize solutions.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring alignment with client requirements, contractual obligations, and best practices.
Conduct and manage design reviews of SCADA and related control systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality protocols.
Supervise site implementation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring integration of SCADA with pipelines, substations, reservoirs, OHL, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record in SCADA Projects within Water Infrastructure (pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations) and/or Power Infrastructure (substations, OHL, distribution systems).
Strong experience in feasibility studies, tendering, SoW preparation, and value engineering for SCADA/control system projects.
Demonstrated expertise in project management, planning, risk analysis, design review, and site supervision.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with large-scale EPC projects or international consultancy firms.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of international standards and codes related to SCADA, automation, and control systems.
