· Performing quality and service delivery checks on maintenance documents and system updates in MaPS/SAP/AWC
· Interpreting data, analyze results and provide weekly KPI Flash & ongoing reports
· Performing analysis on KPI to assess state of Production and Delivery.
· Working with Supervisors & Leads to identify process improvement opportunities & modifications to aid in prioritizing business needs.
· Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

This role places you at the heart of a cutting-edge project, starting with the yard phase in the Dubai Drydocks and transitioning to offshore operation. On offer is the chance to join a rapidly growing team as part of our safe manning crew working on an equal time (4:4) rotation before moving to a 2:3 rotation for Offshore Operations at the end of project execution.
As part of the crew, you will be integral to the success of our project, contributing to preservation and maintenance activities, as well as supporting various yard work scopes. Our modern FPSO, the Petrojarl Knarr, will be deployed to the Rosebank oil and gas field to produce and store hydrocarbons. The Rosebank development has been optimised to reduce carbon emissions and the FPSO will be prepared for future electrification. The vessel is currently undergoing life extension work, modifications for field specifics and enhanced energy efficiency.
The Production Control Room Operator (PCRO) shall assist the Lead Production Operator and Production Supervisor in their functions within the control room, to ensure safe operational uptime while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that the day-to-day activities of the team are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the company HSEQ policies.
Ensure that all activities are carried out in conformance with laws and regulations, contractual requirements, and relevant management systems.
Shall keep continuous watch in the process control room and oversee the running of the production process and perform duties as assigned by line manager (Lead Production Operator) or Production Supervisor.
- Start up, operate, monitor and shutdown all production and utility equipment for the production facility.
- Monitor, maintain and optimise the process within operating parameters.
- Act on and respond to any alarms or plant upsets.
- Keep Lead Production Operator and Production Supervisor updated with plant status and condition.
- Shall ensure the asset and Company Management of Change process are complied with.
- Shall have knowledge of the Asset Performance Standards and Safety Environment-Critical Elements.
- Communicate with and instruct outside operators.
- Keep the production logs and reading sheets updated.

- Significant Control Room experience on a FPSO is essential.
- Excellent communications ability (written and verbal), including handovers and able to set clear expectations and accountabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of safe system of work systems (ePTW) and participating in assessing risk management.
- Generate and design permits and isolations.
- Able to read interpret and apply information from drawings, reports and manuals.

The Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all joinery products (kitchens, wardrobes, doors, custom furniture, and other wood products) meet high standards of craftsmanship, durability, and finish. This role involves setting up inspection systems, monitoring production at every stage, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, material standards, and client expectations.
Quality Assurance & Inspection- Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures for joinery production (cutting, assembly, finishing, installation).
- Inspect raw materials (wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, fittings) for quality and conformity with approved specifications.
- Conduct in-process inspections to monitor dimensions, joints, finishing, and surface treatments.
- Approve/reject products based on tolerance, appearance, and durability standards.
- Ensure packaging, handling, and site delivery are done in accordance with QC protocols.
- Maintain compliance with ISO, FSC, and local standards relevant to joinery and interiors.
- Identify recurring defects and coordinate with production supervisors for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to project drawings, shop drawings, and specifications before release for client approval.
- Work closely with installation teams to ensure site execution matches factory QC standards.
- Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Provide feedback loops to the design, procurement, and production teams.
- Prepare weekly QC reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Train production and installation staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support the Management in client handover inspections.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven QC experience in joinery/interiors/kitchen & wardrobe production.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, woodworking machinery, finishes, and hardware systems (hinges, slides, fittings, accessories).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD/technical drawings and ability to read detailed shop drawings.
- Understanding of ISO standards, quality management systems, and inspection protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and documentation skills (English essential, Arabic and Hindi is a plus).
