We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Electrical role. Responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of construction documents on-site, while supporting discipline engineers across other projects as needed. + Participate in snagging and project handover activities, ensuring all works meet quality and contractual standards.

+ Submit daily site reports, highlighting key issues, progress, and observations to the Project Lead.

+ Bachelor's degree in the field of Electronics/Electrical and/or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
+ 7+ years experience as a process or industrial engineer in EMS sector
**Skills:**
+ Experience with automation and digitization of manufacturing processes
+ Experience in new project implementation and transfer within the manufacturing
+ Developing and deploying automation solutions
+ Integrating robotics into production processes for PCBA manufacturing
+ Working knowledge of electronic boards design
+ Working knowledge of ERP system SAP
+ Experience with hig mix - low volume production
+ Strong process mindset with Lean manufacturing experience, aiming to achieve excellence
+ Result and solution-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Fast and effective at dealing with difficult situations
+ A flexible person with a can-do attitude who sees opportunities where others see risks
+ Ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
+ Good command of the English language
