What is this about?
Our new Learning Solutions Consultant will be expected to travel across the GCC, using our sales framework to create opportunities and long-lasting relationships with key instructors across assigned school accounts. You will successfully achieve assigned revenue targets by closing deals and engaging all with all necessary stakeholders through the sales cycle.
A typical day might include:
- Acting as the relationship manager for our customers and foster these relationships with a diverse group of decision makers; individual academics, department heads, heads of e-learning, etc.
- Proactively contacting existing and potentially new customers via phone, virtual meeting tools, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Establishing yourself as the point of contact and relationship manager for our customers on technical and support issues, problem solving and training requirements.
- Research, analyze, and apply market and competitor information to successfully market products and support product development.
- Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce.com) is kept up-to-date and accurate with sales information.
- Partnering with our local distributor to ensure our customers continue to receive the market leader in educational resources.
What can you bring to the role?
- An understanding and experience of working within the academic/K12 sector.
- Possesses a background in the American curriculum, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to collaborate across schools and regions
- The understanding and adaptability to work in a corporate and commercial environment. Previous sales or business development experience, coupled with the understanding of managing the complete sales cycle, would be advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the desire to make an impact.
- The highest level of communication skills.
- A fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.

Person Specification:
- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with Qualified Teacher Status.
- A Master's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Evidence of ongoing personal professional development as both a teacher and/or leader.
- At least 2 years' experience of middle/senior leadership with Arabic and Islamic teaching leading experience is an additional advantage.
- Experience in teaching and leading across at least two phases.
- A successful track record of planning implementing and managing change.
- Experience in working in an International setting with thorough knowledge and understanding of national inspection frameworks and educational standards.
- A clear drive and motivation for all students to achieve and exceed their potential.
