We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Brand & Marketing Manager to join our Intracity Team, supporting the successful transition of new schools into the Nord Anglia Education group. This is a key role responsible for ensuring brand alignment, driving market visibility, and positioning each school effectively during the integration process.

Working closely with school teams, regional colleagues, and the global brand function, you will help embed the Nord Anglia brand while recognising and retaining each school's unique identity where appropriate. You will ensure consistency and impact across all brand touchpoints – from digital and print communications to signage, events, and on-campus experiences.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of the brand strategy for the region, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines
  • Act as brand guardian across all marketing and communications materials, including school websites, advertising, signage, and promotional assets
  • Support new school launches and transitions with tailored brand integration plans
  • Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure marketing campaigns reflect each school's unique value proposition while staying true to the overarching brand

About you:
  • Strong experience in brand management, ideally in a multi-site or service-led environment

Skills and Experience:

The Human Resource System Analyst will sit within our IT team and plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of the region’s human resource systems and processes. Student Support Assistants play a crucial role in supporting the inclusion of pupils with additional educational needs in the school community.

Student Support Assistants will normally work with an individual student supporting them to overcome barriers to learning (for example those with English language difficulties social emotional and behavioural difficulties or other academic educational needs).

The aim of the role is to help the pupil to learn as effectively as possible both in group and individual situations inside and outside of the classroom. In conjunction with Class Teachers Student Support Assistants assist in the development and delivery of a suitable programme of support both within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis.

Primary Purpose Of Job

This position is responsible for developing teaching plans according to students' learning needs, and searching for activities and resources that can be easily adapted to each child's educational requirements. Responsible for teaching groups of students with mild or moderate disabilities. The Role: Football Lead Coach

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Football Lead Coach with a proven track record in developing performance-level players. The successful candidate will take ownership of our football pathway across both schools—leading competitive squads, building structured progression from grassroots to elite level, and ensuring high standards in training, fixtures, and tournaments.

This is a performance-oriented role. You will work closely with the Director of Sport and Head of PE to align football with our broader vision for competitive school sport, talent identification, and long-term player development.

Key Qualities And Requirements

UEFA B Licence (or nationally recognised equivalent)

Demonstrated experience coaching within football academies, schools, or high-performance club environments

Competitive background as a player or coach at a high level

Proven ability to lead performance-focused training programmes and develop elite squads

Technical expertise in session planning, tactical development, and individual player analysis

Confident working in partnership with sports leadership to implement a strategic and measurable football vision

Professional Responsibilities – Football Lead Coach

Plan, organise, and deliver high-quality football training sessions, including early morning, lunchtime, and after-school squads

Lead and support curriculum football in collaboration with PE staff, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and progression

Select and manage school football squads for competitive fixtures across local, national, and international levels including DASSA, BSME, and the World School Games

Fully commit to after-school and weekend fixtures as part of the football competitive calendar

Participate in weekly sports department meetings and contribute to planning, programme development, and event coordination

Engage in ongoing professional development to remain up to date with football coaching methodologies, sports science, and safeguarding practices

Support the operational and administrative needs of the football programme, including squad organisation, fixture logistics, and overseas tour planning

Lead the marketing and promotion of football across Fortes schools, showcasing student success and driving visibility through social media and school platforms

Carry out additional tasks as reasonably directed by the Director of Sport in support of the school's vision for excellence in sport

This is a pivotal appointment for our sports programme. The successful candidate will play a central role in building a high-performance football culture founded on excellence, development, and ambition across Fortes schools.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and performance-oriented Athletics Lead Coach to design, lead, and elevate our athletics programme across all phases of the school.

This role focuses on the development of high-potential athletes in track and field disciplines while supporting mass participation through inclusive training and curriculum delivery.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Sport and Head of PE to build a structured and sustainable athletics pathway — from early talent identification to preparing students for inter-school, DASSA, and BSME-level competition.

Professional Responsibilities


• Plan, deliver, and review high-quality athletics training sessions before, during, and after school


• Design and lead a structured performance pathway across track and field disciplines, identifying and nurturing talented student-athletes


• Support curriculum athletics through close collaboration with the PE team, ensuring strong alignment with learning outcomes and developmental progressions


• Prepare students for internal and external competitions including DASSA, BSME, and international meets including the WSG


• Lead on the coordination of school athletics events and support the delivery of major whole-school events such as sports days and track meets


• Implement individual development plans and monitor athletic progression across age groups


• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with coaching practices, safeguarding, and sport-specific advances


• Support the operational and logistical requirements of the athletics programme including event planning, communication with parents, and transport coordination


• Lead the marketing and promotion of athletics across Fortes schools, showcasing student achievement, driving visibility through school platforms, and raising the profile of athletics within our community


• Contribute actively to sports department meetings, strategic planning, and overall programme development


• Carry out additional duties as reasonably directed by the Director of Sport in support of the wider sports vision

• Nationally recognised Athletics Coaching Qualification


• Proven experience leading athletics programmes in a school or club environment


• Background in either competing in or coaching athletics at a high level (regional, national, or international)


• Ability to coach across a range of track and field disciplines, with a focus on performance progression


• Experience organising and preparing athletes for competitive events and school athletics meets


• Knowledge of strength & conditioning, warm-up protocols, and injury prevention strategies


• Experience supporting curriculum athletics and sports days within the PE programme


• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
