About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Security Design Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading security design projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet SIRA and ADMCC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Security Design Team to deliver comprehensive and innovative security system designs.
- Knowledge of detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Ensure all designs comply with SIRA and ADMCC design regulations and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define and execute project scopes.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Maintain professional time management under pressure, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in security system design within the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with Revit (preferred).
- Solid understanding of SIRA and ADMCC requirements.
- SIRA Certification is required.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Proactive, quick learner with a strong commitment to continuous professional growth.
