  • Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope

  • A solid grasp of Project Management Principles and Methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile. PMI Certification is a plus.
  • Over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to the banking sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in the Banking , Security (Custody etc) and Issuer Services (IPO etc) domain.
  • Manages 1-2 cross-team projects that generally span multiple teams across the company
  • Drives projects to completion using cross-functional project management best practices
  • Spends an equal amount of time working with people inside his/her team and with points of contact in other teams.
  • Focuses heavily on cross-functional communication to ensure key decisions and status surrounding projects are clear to all
  • Good understanding to the technical application security, compliance and audit requirements
  • Experience in coaching and coordinating agile delivery squads to deliver solutions as efficiently as possible
  • Experience in supporting the product owner in backlog refinement to a level which is acceptable for the team to estimate and deliver
  • Ability to plan 2 steps ahead of the team and surface hidden risks
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Hands on experience as Project Manager - Ability to manage more than one project at a time
  • Resolve any challenges on projects to enable the teams to deliver on time
  • Provides report on status of the project under execution, challenges, risk and mitigation plan

At Platinum Express Technical Works LLC, thousands of people come and go through our doors each day. We're looking for a highly competent security officer to join our team to monitor the premises and protect our valued staff, visitors, tenants, and inventory. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a security officer or guard, as well as training in self-defense and first aid. He or she will have a sharp eye with quick reaction time in the detection of any suspicious or criminal behavior, and prevention of theft or vandalism.

Although you'll be working under the direct supervision of a security sergeant for your assigned shift, we will rely upon you for the protection, safeguarding and security of assets, personnel, customers, tenants, visitors, and other people and property on our grounds.

Objectives of this Role

  1. Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control.
  2. Be visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner.
  3. Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately.
  4. Maintain the company's reputation with professionalism and legal compliance.
  5. Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  1. Patrol property on foot, securing personnel, assets, buildings, gates, and fence perimeter are secure in all weather conditions.
  2. Investigate and take the appropriate lawful action as authorized by the corporate policy on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety and fire incidents.
  3. Control and monitor surveillance equipment, and perform building and equipment inspections.
  4. Guard access points, permitting or refusing entry, restraining trespassers, and directing heavy traffic during start and end of business hours.
  5. Complete daily reports, including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures.
  6. Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on shift.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Registered security officer.
  3. Proven experience as security officer.
  4. Helpful, courteous attitude.
  5. Certification in first aid, CPR/BLS, and self-defense.
  6. MMPI - Psychological testing, if armed or otherwise required.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  2. Experience with security equipment and surveillance systems.
