The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise to safeguard our manufacturing systems, networks, and digital assets, and a strong background in both IT and OT (Operational Technology) security, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information while maintaining production continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information.
- Perform regular security risk assessments and vulnerability testing; analyse security weaknesses and recommend solutions.
- Respond promptly to incidents, providing technical expertise during and after cybersecurity events.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff and assist in shaping a security-first organizational culture.
- Manage and monitor security tools (SIEM, DLP, antivirus, etc.), and investigate security issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, IEC 62443).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of OT/ICS environments and cybersecurity implications.
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint detection.
- Experience in incident response, forensics, and malware analysis is a plus.
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of security system projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager and based in Dubai . What You Will Do
You will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of security system projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager and based in Dubai. In this lead role, you will be responsible for the field commissioning, troubleshooting, system verification, and preventive maintenance of Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV platforms. You may also supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors on-site.
This position offers a dynamic environment where you can further develop both your technical expertise and project coordination skills.
How You Will Do It
- Install and commission a variety of Access Control Systems (ACS) and CCTV platforms.
- Configure and deploy Visitor Management Systems, Speed Gates, Car Park Barriers, Road Blockers, Bollards, and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) systems.
- Program and set up system controllers to ensure optimal performance.
- Integrate and test third-party software with security systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Verify system performance to ensure all installations meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, providing expert solutions or guidance to resolve technical challenges.
- Deliver end-user training on system operation to ensure smooth handover and confident usage.
- Coordinate with client IT teams to understand network requirements and recommend best practices for ACS and CCTV deployment.
- Prepare and submit detailed handover documentation for completed projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, sales teams, and manufacturers to align on technical solutions and project goals.
- Manage resources effectively, including technical tools, materials, and support, to ensure efficient task execution and coordination with third-party vendors.
- Maintain high safety standards throughout all phases of installation and commissioning.
What we look for
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of various CCTV brands (e.g., Avigilon, HIK, Pelco).
- Experience with thermal cameras and CCTV storage systems.
- Proven expertise in Access Control Systems (e.g., CEM, C-CURE).
- Strong understanding of field cabling and installation best practices.
- Experience in preparing incident reports and root cause analysis.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Additional SIRA certifications.
- Experience with Intrusion Detection, ANPR, and PAVA systems.
- Familiarity with Road Blockers, Bollards, Gate Barriers, and Fire Systems.
- Solid foundation in electronics and networking.
