Profile:

• Develop designs within the design team together with the Senior Architect to support the Studio Lead
• Perform work on all phases including concept design, design development, and construction documents
• Project research and studies, especially regarding technical implementation, local building codes, and standards
• Responsible for the design, functional, and technical conception of the project
• Engage and integrate the Coop Himmelb(l)au working methods of digital and analog procedures into the design process
• On the basis of the working methods, prepare and develop drawings, specifications, graphics, working models, schemes, and necessary documents related to the design
• Coordinate and communicate all aspects of architectural design within multi-disciplinary teams
• Preferably stationed in Dubai already

• Excellent problem solving and time management capability.
• Ability to make critical decisions (In coordination with Resident Engineer /Relevant disciplines).
• Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities, and stakeholders.
