This role works closely with a market-leading partner with a broad finance background and a core focus on complex project financings across energy and infrastructure The Project Finance Associate will advise procurers, sponsors as well as lenders on the structuring and financing of large-scale projects with an emphasis on energy, utilities, and social infrastructure. The Associate should have knowledge how to draft, review, and negotiate finance and project documentation (including conventional and Islamic structures). This role manages cross-border workstreams and Stakeholder relationships across lenders, ECAs, sponsors, and government entities. Requirements

The Role
A top-tier international practice in Dubai is looking to hire a 3–6 PQE Associate to join a market-leading Energy & Infrastructure / Project Finance Team. This role works alongside a Partner with deep cross-border experience spanning energy transition (green hydrogen, sustainable aviation fuel), solar PV IPPs, power & water (IWPs), petrochemicals as well as, hyperscale data centres, often on multi-sourced, ECA-backed and Islamic finance structures across the GCC and wider EMEA. The Project Finance Associate advises lenders, ECAs and sponsors on the development and financing of large-scale projects. The Associate will draft, review and negotiate finance documentation (common terms, facility agreements, security, intercreditor, hedging) and key project side documents (PPAs, EPC/O&M, offtake, supply/feedstock, concession). Furthermore, the Associate will lead discrete workstreams, manage CP/CS processes and coordinate multi-jurisdictional diligence. Along with liaising with commercial banks, ECAs, and governmental stakeholders on complex risk allocation, while mentoring juniors and contributing to knowledge-sharing and business development.

Requirements

JOB PURPOSE

Manage the delivery of local and international projects in time, budget and quality

Manage and ensure efficient project delivery and execution as per Development Management guidelines and Aldar standards, including the coordination of external stakeholders and providers attending in the project

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop project timelines

• Proven experience of managing construction for developments with CAPEX 4-6 billion AED.
• Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market

Description
The Learning Associate works with their Country L&D manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers and Warehouse Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide ground level training facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Associate will play an integral role in ensuring all operations compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Associate is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department.

- Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)

The Trainer is responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center.
