Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–10 years of experience within the Banking IT domain , with a minimum of 5 years in AML .

Job Description

The image is a job posting for a Structural Design Engineer position at Bombay Contracting L.L.C. .

Requirements:
  • Trakhees Grey Card
  • G+4 DM Certification
  • Arabic-speaking
  • Experience preparing ETABS and SAFE models of villas
  • Ability to prepare stability calculations for the demolition of structures to obtain authority approvals
  • Ability to prepare strengthening calculations for villa modification works to obtain authority approvals
  • Ability to prepare steel design connection and design calculations for steel structures to obtain authority approvals
  • Experience dealing with authorities such as DM , DDA , and Trakhees
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in construction quantity surveying or cost estimation.
