We are seeking a technically strong Project Engineer or Structural Engineer with experience in prefabricated (modular or pre-cast) construction to oversee the execution of a major staff accommodation and residential project. The ideal candidate will have evolved from a site engineering background into a project management role, capable of overseeing structural execution, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring quality and design alignment—particularly within prefab systems.

This role is not limited to site supervision; it requires ownership of the project from a technical and delivery perspective, with a strong focus on structural integrity, coordination, and value engineering.

• Lead and manage structural and prefabricated components of the construction project
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams across engineering, design, and execution
• Evaluate and provide input on design drawings, structural systems, and prefab methodologies

The job holder will be primarily responsible for coordinating & assisting Tradesman/workers for carrying out periodic site/maintenance work progress in all day-to-day activities, ensuring all technical works in accordance with specification and project management manual. First line manager of staff from all disciplines employed on contracts.

Daily Operations Management: Oversee and manage reactive maintenance, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and other electrical assets. Provide technical support and guidance to the team in all aspects of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Monitor work status in the CAFM system or equivalent tools (such as Excel) to ensure electrical tasks are progressing as planned, with updates handled by designated personnel. Participate in troubleshooting and technical investigations for any electrical system failures or service interruptions. Prepare estimates for additional works and generate quotations for clients as required.
