We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of company buildings, engineering systems, and rented residential apartments for employees.
Responsibilities- Manage the operation and maintenance of building engineering systems (electricity, HVAC, water supply, fire safety, etc.).
- Supervise technical staff and cleaning teams.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repair, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Interact with government and municipal authorities regarding facility operations.
- Monitor the quality of cleaning in offices, accommodation and workshop areas.
- Search for, rent, and administer apartments for company employees (contracts, lease terms, utility payments).
- Plan budgets, control expenses, and prepare operational reports.
