MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals, ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing throughout all stages and provide assistance in overseeing ground handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the economy product on a rotating basis, at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
- Set up check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower and other resources for economy passengers.
- Monitor passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required.
- Ensure proper enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, credit checks and documentation requirements.
- Provide assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure the timely commencement and close out of boarding process to ensure on-time performance.
- Assist passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required.
- Ensure safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes and monitor turnaround handling and baggage activities within company/regulatory safety and security guidelines.
- Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process and offer any necessary assistance.
- Liaise with all stakeholders and assist passengers in case of delays or disruption.
- Implement company policies, processes and procedures.
Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: AED 12,000
- Child Allowance: AED 500
- Shift Pattern: Variable (4-On 4-Off/5-On 2-Off)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in airline operations is desirable
