General Operations Responsibilities

Set-Up, Trouble Shooting and Preventative Maintenance
- Provide support to the production team to produce superior quality materials that meet/exceed client needs. This role supports the needs of manufacturing and facilities to ensure both are in top working order.
- Examines mechanical equipment to diagnose trouble.
- Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and performs basic troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Assures correct positioning of production machines.
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Properly inspect and maintain shop equipment, in accordance with OSHA regulation.
- Installs functional and structural parts in devices or equipment. Prepares new machines and production equipment for operation.

Repair
- Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems and production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments.

- Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.

Record Keeping, Inventory & Housekeeping

Electrical & Electromechanical Focus
Perform Mechanical duties above plus:
- Performs a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilizing electrical energy. Uses instruments to test circuits and replaces or installs new power, light, electronic and control circuits.
- Troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and tests electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
- Repairs complex electrical equipment, including motors, switches, switchboards, electrical mechanisms, automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems and alarms.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 12 + years previous experience required.
- Certifications in specialty area required as applicable. Or acquire within specified timing any licensures necessary to perform job.

Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee and manage all maintenance activities of the 1980 MW combined cycle power plant based on Siemens H Class Gas Turbines to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This role involves the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and collaborating with other departments to enhance plant operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for all mechanical, electrical, I&C systems and equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, condenser, heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), pumps, compressors, HVAC and other ancillary systems.
- Ensure defining and keeping necessary tooling available
- Ensure establishing and getting necessary Third-Party Certifications
Assess adequacy of using available condition monitoring and predictive maintenance tools or systems aiming at improving maintenance efficiency and fostering at costs optimization
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure efficient maintenance operations and achieve targets & objectives.

Siemens GTs experience is preferred.
