Key Responsibilities:

Financial Advisory Services:

  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, including updating financial assessments and analyses to adjust existing and new financial plans
  • Recommend financial planning solutions and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on their objectives, resources, time horizon, risk profile, and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, protection and other areas of wealth management.
  • Leverage global regulatory licences (e.g. SCA, CySEC, FCA, FINMA) to provide compliant, cross-border advice

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of clients, maintaining high levels of trust and engagement
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships through proactive planning and value-added conversations

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists, to ensure the seamless execution of financial plans or adjustments to portfolios
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about market trends, investment performance, and relevant financial updates.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation within the company’s Salesforce CRM system

The Role
