Summary:
Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, on a weekly/ monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CE Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities
- Responsible to day-to-day Planning and generate reports as and when needed.
- Responsible to day-to-day Job planning & Scheduling including resource identifying & loading in CMMS.
- Coordination with multi disciplines for routine planning & shutdown jobs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Respective Engineering or Equivalent (preferably).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in planning and scheduling. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication verbal & written.
- Age between 25 to 50 yrs.
- Must possess a good knowledge in using Computer and good ability in activity scheduling. Familiar with MS Office, CMMS System i.e. Maximo, SAP etc. MS project & Primavera knowledge is an added advantage
