We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to play a key role in driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales enablement efforts for Lean’s product lines. This individual will be the bridge between the product and commercial teams, ensuring that our products’ value propositions are clearly communicated and that the right tools and resources are available to support commercial success. As the PMM, you will be responsible for creating impactful collateral, identifying key use cases, and conducting market research to inform product and feature development.

Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Collateral : Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products, and create key marketing collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, demos).
Sales Enablement : Work closely with the commercial team to create tailored materials, including training docs and pitch decks, to support sales efforts.
Use Case Mapping : Identify and map key use cases and value propositions across industries, ensuring the commercial teams are equipped with up-to-date knowledge across our target prospects.
Content Maintenance : Own and update PMM collateral to ensure relevance, incorporating client feedback and insights from commercial teams.
Product Team Support : Collaborate with the product team on validation, research, and testing for new products and features.
Market Research : Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to inform product and marketing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning with sales, product, and customer success teams.
What we’re looking for
3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company. Payments experience is preferred.
Technical copywriting skills with experience in writing product specs, GTM materials, and other technical content.
Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM collateral creation, including:
Sales decks
One-pagers
Commercial Training documents
Product demos
Experience with A/B testing and prototyping to assess and optimize marketing strategies, products, and messaging.
Compelling storytelling and copywriting skills from a technical and commercial perspective, to be able to build strong sales collateral and content to pitch to clients/prospects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information in a clear, concise, and engaging way.
Very detail oriented and organized ways of working
Familiarity with martech tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, automation tools) to manage customer data and track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Experience in market research: Conducting client research, focus groups, interviews, and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a strong B2C mindset to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our apps. You will be responsible for building awareness driving adoption and accelerating growthleveraging a full-funnel marketing approach. Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

- Feedback to Engineering department for improvements in schemes, corrections of drawings or any other modifications if required by customer at site after supply.
- Solve hardware and functional incongruence and mistakes if any found during Site testing phase, modifying the wrong hardware or software items involved and testing again the new hw or software configuration
- Update the system documentation with proper mark-ups and software configuration periodic updates, maintaining due trace of all the changes, following Company testing procedure indications
- Obtain the SAT (Factory Acceptance Test) certificate from the Customer at the completion of the job, eventually with the list of the pending items not yet completed, in cooperation with the Project Leader and the Project Manager
- Collects all the update documentation at the conclusion of the Commissioning job and send it to the Project Manager for the delivery of the "As Commissioned" documents to the Engineering Department if changes have been made in agreement with Engineering Department
- Collects all the Certificates and the other requested documents to complete the so called "Log Project Book" for the specific project and deliver it to the Project Leader and Project Manager for Contractual use.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Product Marketing Manager at Group-IB, you will be a key player in driving the market success of our unified cybersecurity services. You'll translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer-centric value propositions, enabling our sales teams and engaging our target audiences.
YOUR MISSION:
You will be responsible for executing key global GTM activities and accountable for ensuring their strategic alignment and success within a structured framework.
Market Insights:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend analysis to identify key opportunities.
- Synthesize market insights into actionable recommendations for Product Management.
- Collaborate with Product Management on customer research and product performance analysis.
- Maintain and present validated research documentation and strategic insights to leadership.
GTM Strategy & Planning:
- Develop impactful product propositions with validated hypotheses in collaboration with Product Management and align on business models and product roadmap.
- Define central product messaging, buyer personas, and content journey mapping to guide GTM efforts.
- Establish, maintain, and align marketing and sales channel strategies to drive demand.
- Own the creation and approval process of the GTM strategy & plan, ensuring alignment with Marketing & Sales leadership.
GTM Execution & Enablement:
- Develop sales enablement materials, including commercial decks and training content.
- Lead the creation of marketing assets (campaigns, data sheets, case studies, white papers).
- Organize and execute sales training sessions in collaboration with Product and Partner Marketing.
- Govern the overall execution of GTM launch activities, ensuring alignment with leadership and go/no-go decision-making.
Product Launch & Performance Review:
- Conduct sales briefings, support media briefings, and lead industry analyst briefings pre- and post-launch.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing launch plan, ensuring it meets business objectives.
- Collect post-launch feedback and adjust GTM strategies accordingly.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (campaign effectiveness, sales enablement impact) to drive improvements.
Scaling & Advocacy:
- Oversee the thought leadership strategy, including speaking engagements and content development.
- Support customer advocacy programs to generate testimonials and case studies.
- Work with Marketing to refine campaign strategies based on performance analytics.
- Ensure ongoing optimization of GTM execution, continuously improving messaging, channels, and sales support.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Previous 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the cybersecurity industry or a related B2B technology sector.
- Product understanding, familiarity with concepts related to cybersecurity services, or broader cybersecurity domains.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information clearly.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the B2B cybersecurity space.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

- Run competitive analysis, staying ahead of market trends and evolving our positioning accordingly.
