We are seeking a highly experienced Program Management Strategist to lead our Project Management Office within the Engineering & Technology Division. This role will drive program governance, standardize project execution frameworks, align projects with strategic goals, and ensure successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality across cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and scale the PMO function across engineering programs, with a focus on UAV and defense-related projects.
- Define and enforce PMO methodologies, tools, and templates aligned with global aerospace standards (e.g., PMI, INCOSE, ISO).
- Oversee program and project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Ensure project governance by monitoring KPIs, milestone reviews, change management, and compliance with defense industry requirements.
- Support bid and proposal development by providing project estimates, work breakdown structures (WBS), and integrated master schedules (IMS).
- Coach and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads to improve delivery capability and project maturity.
- Interface with internal executive stakeholders, customers, and governmental entities to report on program status, risk posture, and critical path progress.
- Lead portfolio management efforts to prioritize programs that align with ADASI's strategic roadmap.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executive decision-making using platforms like Power BI or Primavera.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in aerospace and defense programs, with at least 5 years in a senior PMO or program leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing complex UAV, aerospace, or defense systems projects.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale engineering project portfolios within government or defense sectors.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI.
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) – PMI (preferred).
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent.
- Certification in Earned Value Management (EVM) or equivalent.
- INCOSE Systems Engineering certification (desirable).

- Have a full handle on the execution plan of large business programs end to end, in addition to being able to keep an eye on projects being handled by junior program managers.
- Build a strong rapport across multiple departments, resolve conflicts, and come up with ways to unblock projects by rallying the right set of people.
- Understand business objectives and be able to make trade-offs that will maximize business value, while minimizing delays.
- Possess enough domain and technical knowledge to be able to challenge viewpoints, and to be able to suggest alternatives.
- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies

Key components of the CCS platform include services related to Vessel and Yard management, Vehicle/Truck Appointment management, Manifest and Declaration management, border movements control processes, Reporting and Dashboard, Registration, Subscription, and e-payments.
Our goal is to provide a frictionless experience for all parties in the cross-border supply chain - shippers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, logistics service providers. Problems we are tackling include reducing port congestion, optimising truck turnaround times, reducing paper documentation and visits to physical counters, optimising reuse of data to reduce data entry touchpoints etc.

As a Cluster Program Management Head for the Middle East and Africa within the Global Real Estate (GRE) team, you will be responsible for providing holistic program management for all real estate-related deliveries in the subregion. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of coordination for major projects and strategic initiatives, working with Business Support Managers (BSMs), LOB leads, and Senior Control Officers (SCOs) to ensure comprehensive GRE delivery. Lead client reporting, meeting agendas, communications, and change management.
- Support the development of real estate and portfolio strategies through client engagement, preparation of strategy documents, and analysis of business workspace requirements including HLP vs seats and footfall analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to LOBs. Represent GRE in country management committees and forums and develop communication plans to align with LOBs and market initiatives.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure services are delivered in alignment with LOB clients' needs, focusing on a hospitality-driven, user-focused experience.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and to the required standards.
- Act as a key stakeholder in developing operational and capital budgets in coordination with the finance team and functional leads. Ensure effective financial reporting and analytics to improve cost and metrics for LOB clients.
- Develop resourcing plans and strategies for talent retention and attraction within the program management team. Advise internal teams on resourcing based on business operations and manage vendor partnerships to achieve program goals.

- Develop and maintain an updated integrated master schedule for all projects in coordination with all Development Directors, business units and Consultants.
- Assist various business units in developing and updating their master schedule and program expenditure report (Cash Flow).
- Review with all business units all key & interface milestone/activities that need to be included in their projects for inclusion in the master program.

- Design, develop and prepare various presentations and reports utilizing best practice software such as Power BI and the like.

- Provide consultants progress reports weekly.
- Prepare and develop appropriate detail summary for development control schedules.
- Coordinate and assist the budget team in preparation of the program to reflect the stages against the budget.
- Coordinate with the project team to include the construction timeline in the master plan for the project delivery cycle.
- Review and study the project procedure and timeline.
- Review with all business units the development procedures (lifetime) for the projects to improve the efficiency of the development stages.
- Provide analysis and insights into any risks or delays.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Project Planning / Scheduling experience across Master planning and infrastructure of projects , with 10 to 12 years.
- Significant experience of implementing complex phasing & planning strategies and projects, dealing with statutory and non-statutory planning processes
