The IT Program Manager is responsible for defining objectives, planning, executing, and monitoring all assigned IT projects / programs within the ENBD Group. The Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of large / strategic projects / programs within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete the project.

Project Execution:

- Monitor and control the quality of deliverables throughout the project life cycle.

- Define and collect metrics to track project progress and ensure deliverables are in compliance with agreed quality measures.
- Track and manage defects and fixes’ wherever necessary.
- Manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor the project budget and ensure project deliverables are within the agreed budget.
Communication and Reporting:
- Develop the communications methodology, frequency, and method.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and project stakeholders in accordance with the agreed communication method and frequency.
- Lead stand-ups and Project Board/Steer Co. meetings.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Present project status to the business owner and stakeholders.
Risk and Change Management:
- Ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with governance processes such as the use of project management tools, processes, methodologies, etc.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential pain points, and devise and implement contingency plans.
- Manage overall compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management divisions, as well as compliance with external and Central bank regulations with respect to electronic and mobile banking solutions along with the Business Owner.
Team Management:
- Responsible for optimal conflict resolution within the project team.
- Organize workshops, including the selection of venue, creation and provision of materials, selection, and invitation of attendees.
- Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Monitor the team's work time and timesheets on a daily basis.
- Ensure the timely renewal of resources' contracts.
Role-Specific Knowledge / Skills
An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution Managed individual complex strategic projects / programs valued over AED 10 Million.
Managed a cross-domain team of over 30-40 members Experience in directly interacting with EXCO / CXO members Outstanding team-building, communication and presentation skills
An in-depth understanding of Project Management framework (waterfall and Agile), planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery. High level of attention to detail, organized, structured way of thinking and delivery. Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery. Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution. Preferred: Wealth & Asset Management experience

ROLE PURPOSE
Management of Program and Project Managers with a cross-function across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Services, Technical documentation, Finance, Legal and executive teams.

- Serve as primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers and develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Use project management methodologies to provide milestones and timelines to set expectations with customer teams prior to beginning any new project initiatives.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
- Ensure the solution environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity with high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
- Accelerate customer adoption of Presight Analytics by leading the implementation journey.
- Engage customers in the development of reporting elements, scheduling, establishing guidelines, and setting milestones to measure success.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, migration goals and business transformation strategies, and ensure that all processes & procedures are executed within agreed timeframes at defined quality standards.
- Utilize technical acumen and drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, prelaunch planning, post-sales, and consultative expertise.
- Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, following predefined escalation processes for any problems that may arise. Design and develop bi-weekly presentations called ‘Demo for customers’ for stakeholders.
The yardsticks of your success would include project CPI, percentage variance from allocated budgets, number of adjustments to project schedules, percentage of on-time project completion, and employee & customer NPS.
Qualifications:
To qualify, you must have
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms & technologies
- At least 8 years of experience in account/customer success management - end to end.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies â ̄
- In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics

Job Summary: The IT Program Manager is responsible for defining objectives, planning, executing, and monitoring all assigned IT projects / programs. The Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of large / strategic projects / programs within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify all phases, activities, and efforts needed to complete the project.
- Perform resource planning to identify all resources required to complete the project successfully.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and establish baselines to track progress.
Project Execution:
- Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and external consultants/contractors to deliver according to the plan.
- Direct and manage project development throughout its life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, closure.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and approved budget.
- Monitor and control the quality of deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure smooth coordination within various teams in Group IT to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost.
Project Monitoring and Control:
- Define and collect metrics to track project progress and ensure deliverables are in compliance with agreed quality measures.
- Track and manage defects and fixes’ wherever necessary.
- Manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor the project budget and ensure project deliverables are within the agreed budget.
Communication and Reporting:
- Develop the communications methodology, frequency, and method.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and project stakeholders in accordance with the agreed communication method and frequency.
- Lead stand-ups and Project Board/Steer Co. meetings.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Present project status to the business owner and stakeholders.
Risk and Change Management:
- Ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with governance processes such as the use of project management tools, processes, methodologies, etc.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential pain points, and devise and implement contingency plans.
- Manage overall compliance with Legal, Audit, Risk Management divisions, as well as compliance with external and Central bank regulations with respect to electronic and mobile banking solutions along with the Business Owner.
Team Management:
- Responsible for optimal conflict resolution within the project team.
- Organize workshops, including the selection of venue, creation and provision of materials, selection, and invitation of attendees.
- Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively.
- Monitor the team's work time and timesheets on a daily basis.
- Ensure the timely renewal of resources' contracts.
Role-Specific Knowledge / Skills:
- An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution
- Managed individual complex strategic projects / programs valued over AED 10 Million.
- Managed a cross-domain team of over 30-40 members
- Experience in directly interacting with EXCO / CXO members
- Outstanding team-building, communication and presentation skills
- An in-depth understanding of Project Management framework (waterfall and Agile), planning, monitoring, and reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery.
- High level of attention to detail, organized, structured way of thinking and delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and facilitation skills with the ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery.
- Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
