**Description**
OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is currently in need of a Principal Technical Program Manager - Fitout (TPM) to join our fast-growing team to build relationships across the EMEA Region with our Co-location (CoLo) Partners. Technical Program Managers (TPM's) rely on their mastery of data and business to understand and anticipate business requirements, initiate programs, track progress, and manage any issues that arise during and after the program completion. As an ideal candidate you possess sufficient technical expertise to communicate business requirements in technical vernacular to engineers and help resolve business blockers.
Additionally, TPMs track technical issues, effectively communicate project status, recommend changes, decide tradeoffs for competing priorities, demonstrate "act now and iterate" and deep understanding on the Cloud physical infrastructure (including Datacenter, networking and circuits). Team Management:

An Overall experience of more than 10 years with a minimum of 8+ years as a Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution Managed individual complex strategic projects / programs valued over AED 10 Million.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage P&L to drive revenue and control costs.

• Recruit, train, and drive sales productivity of resources in SDG stores; explore opportunities for expansion.

• Train, coach, and mentor sales personnel to ensure high-quality performance, including approval rates and premium card mix (if applicable).

• Ensure the sales team adheres to sales quality standards and complies with regulatory and bank guidelines.

• Reconcile daily and monthly MIS with partner banks to prevent sales leakages.

• Share daily and monthly MIS reports with internal management stakeholders.

• Ensure timely receipt of outstanding payables.

• Interact with third-party manpower providers and other partners.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of credit card sales experience in a banking environment, with team management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and proactive.
