What The Job Involves

EchoTwin AI is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to plan and execute complex end-to-end programs. You will work across engineering, product management, business, and operations to drive strategy into roadmaps and plans that deliver critical work on time and at high quality. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary effort across hardware, device software, cloud, and perception through all product lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities
  • Own the program’s success end-to-end

  • Lead the team to deliver results for our customers and our business

  • Create clear program plans from input across the company

  • Prioritize and drive tasks to closure

  • Provide insightful program updates to stakeholders and executive

  • Anticipate and resolve program issues, productively escalate as needed

  • Triage field issues and adapt programs to emerging needs

  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across the company

  • Identify opportunities to improve execution and initiate solutions

Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management.

  • Experience leading the development and launch of at least 3 new products into production.

  • Strong technical background in hardware, device software, and cloud development, with a solid understanding of engineering principles, processes, and best practices.

  • Experience working closely with multidisciplinary technical teams to drive fast-paced delivery of critical products and functionality.

  • Deep knowledge of tools and techniques for managing complex product development through its entire lifecycle.

  • Experience delivering innovative technologies to government agencies is a plus.

  • B.S. in an engineering discipline.

We are seeking a talented **AVL Program - Technical and Documentation Support Engineer** who will join our EMEA **AVL Program** Team, responsible of getting our product range approved by targeted customer.
**What you'll do:**
+ Focus on Utility & Heavy Industry, Oil and Gas segments and on all product range and initially on Medium voltage products - later expanding to cover the full Eaton portfolio, and others segments
+ Gather necessary inputs from other stakeholders to respond to AVL needs
+ Fill AVL application forms on customers systems
+ Lead product technical knowledge and coordinate with other business units
+ Possess detailed knowledge of assigned segment standards and best practices
+ Discuss technical bids, explain bid formation, and suggest beneficial changes or deviations for clients and Eaton
+ Prepare compliance statements and write positive deviations
+ Create narratives to highlight reasons for choosing Eaton, emphasizing the technical and value proposition
+ Identify opportunities to package the full Eaton scope and upsell
+ Prepare presentations and value propositions for clients and engage in technical clarification meetings
+ Prepare testing action plan for factories according to customer needs
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required
+ 5+ years of experience in a similar position ( Project management, Electrical industry, Technical and engineers coordination, .)
**Skills:**
+ Large technical knowledge on all electrical power train with a particular focus on MV / LV switchgear and transformer systems and management and control technology thereof
+ Project management skills
+ Process and continuous improvement mindset
+ Agility, Problem solving and Critical thinking
+ Communication collaboration skills
+ Approved vendor list/certification process knowledge
+ Project documentation, QA/QC, EHS process knowledge

Position Summary

At Property Finder, Data & AI are at the heart of our next wave of innovation. As a Program Manager – Technical (PMT), you will drive the delivery of complex, high-impact programs that shape how data and AI power our products. You will partner with engineering, data science, and product leaders to design scalable platforms, translate requirements into execution, and ensure initiatives land with quality and impact.

This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you’ll connect strategy to execution. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, orchestrate work across multiple teams, and set a high bar for operational excellence. It’s an opportunity for an experienced PMT to step into programs with real scale and visibility, while building toward leadership in Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs in Data & AI, from requirements through launch.
  • Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design scalable solutions and architecture.
  • Translate business and product needs into actionable technical specifications and program roadmaps.
  • Anticipate risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
  • Establish metrics and reporting for velocity, quality, and impact, ensuring transparency across leadership.
  • Champion operational excellence by standardizing processes, automating workflows, and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a trusted voice for Data & AI in cross-functional discussions, influencing decisions with technical and program insight.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years in program/product management with experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives.
  • 5+ years in engineering roles (software, QA, or data engineering) with strong technical acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data governance, compliance, or security within AI/ML environments.
  • Prior experience in technical leadership or engineering management.
