  • Should hold current links at senior levels with Government and Utility providers.

Qualifications :

  • B. Sc or BEng in Architecture or Engineering
  • Local Authority Engineer registration preferred
  • Working towards or attaining membership of a professional body (PMP etc) preferred
  • Minimum 8 years post-undergraduate experience

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the lifecycle of oil and gas projects. This ADNOC Offshore operations, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are embedded in project planning and execution to safeguard timelines, budgets, safety, and compliance.

The Position takes accountability for the planning, development and management of the Risk Management Plan. This position must integrate the risk function across all projects and plan, develop and manage the Risk Management Plan and portfolio for projects to ensure appropriate risk management and to provide risk management support to projects in line with the Project Risk Management Framework & ERM Framework.

This includes the following:
  • Project Risk Standards
  • Project Support (Portfolio, Programme and Project Levels)
  • Risk Identification, Analysis and Mitigation

Gate Reviews and Compliance

  • Experience with risk analysis tools such as SAFRAN, Deltek Acumen, Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, and HSE risk factors.
  • Quantitative background preferable in statistics, scientific modelling, financial modelling

Job Description

As a Complex Director of Loss Prevention at Marriott International in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Your areas of responsibilities will include protection of property assets, employees, guests, and accident and fire prevention and response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage security/loss prevention operations to ensure all areas of the property are safe and secure.
  • Maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conduct investigation of all losses of property assets and refer to proper management for disposition.
  • Deploy security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets.
  • Comply with all Corporate Loss Prevention safety and security management guidelines and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic patrols of entire property and parking areas.
  • Recognize success across areas of responsibility.
  • Handle complaints, settling disputes and resolving grievances and conflicts or otherwise negotiating with others.
  • Identify and make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices.
  • Implement action plans to monitor and control risk.
  • Maintain required reports and documentation regarding patrols of property and parking areas.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems, developing and maintaining a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities, and providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
