Requirements

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 13 15 years of experience in quality management within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing quality on-site for large-scale projects.
  • Strong consultancy background with client-facing experience in quality advisory roles.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards (ISO, ASME, etc.), and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, RCA, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
