About the Role

Key Responsibilities
§ Lead and execute comprehensive company and market overviews, mapping talent and solving talent challenges for organisations across the Middle East.
§ Develop research strategies and target lists, identifying top candidates using advanced sourcing methods and proprietary tools.
§ Support business development by preparing research-driven background materials, market maps, and industry insights for client meetings.
§ Engage directly with candidates and sources, gathering market intelligence, verifying backgrounds, and assessing suitability using both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
§ Manage CRM data, ensuring accurate, timely records for all client and candidate engagements.
§ Mentor and guide junior researchers, supporting their development and managing complex assignments.
§ Participate in proprietary market intelligence initiatives, track industry trends, and share actionable findings with Partners and clients.
§ Liaise with clients regarding research deliverables and findings, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction at every stage.

Skills & Experience
§ Minimum 2 years of experience in a research role, ideally within the financial services, professional services or government sectors.

§ Proven ability to design and execute insightful research projects, understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
