  6. Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise).
  7. Preparing techno-commercial proposals.
  8. Support debtor collections.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, in HVAC equipment field ideally from a distributor.
  2. Knowledge of VRF and DX System.
  3. Self-motivated and autonomous working.
  4. Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery.
  5. Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands.
  6. Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure.
  7. Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives.
  8. Clear and influential communicator.
  9. Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems.
  10. Should be technically adept to support customers on queries & selection.
  11. Good communication skills in English. Arabic would be preferred.
