Job Summary
The Project / Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. They will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support. The Land Surveyor shall work under the direct supervision of Resident Engineer at designated site and perform the supervision of Contractor’s work.

This position will provide on-site construction inspection and applicable documentation for construction projects. Expertise Required:

• Experience with villas, hospitality, residential projects. Minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying, with Middle East experience preferred.
• Proficiency in survey software and CAD programs.
• Strong skills in construction drawing interpretation and analysis.
