Join Our Team as an MG Service Technician – Elevate Automotive Excellence We are seeking a skilled automotive technician to deliver top-tier servicing for MG vehicles, ensuring they perform at their best and meet our high standards of quality and safety. This role offers the chance to work with MG vehicles in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities- Perform minor periodic service maintenance in accordance with MG guidelines and IEM SOPs.
- Repair or replace worn and faulty parts as specified in job orders.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles.
- Utilize Vehicle Diagnostic Systems (VDS) to read and clear fault codes.
- Assist repair and diagnostic technicians as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies through continuous learning and formal training sessions.
- Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of tasks performed, noting any safety-related issues to superiors.
- Accurately clock in and out of assigned job orders following standard procedures.
- Coordinate with the Workshop Controller regarding vehicle status and liaise with the Parts Advisor to obtain necessary parts.
- Adhere to company SOPs and follow instructions from superiors.
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- Ensure company assets are well-maintained, and the work area is clean and organized.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Education: High Diploma in Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Certifications/Training: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification is required.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Computer literate.
- Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with telephone and computer systems is preferred.
