About the Job:

The primary objective of this position is to promote mental well-being and provide therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, adults, and their families with diverse mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement therapeutic plans that align with relevant regulations and standards.
2. Ensure effective communication with guardians and significant others regarding patients' conditions and treatment plans.
3. Deliver a range of psychotherapeutic interventions using established modalities such as CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma-focused CBT, and DBT.
4. Evaluate and organize academic, personal, social, and emotional counseling for clients.
5. Establish strong working relationships with patients and provide constructive feedback on progress.
6. Employ various techniques to help patients achieve resolutions or develop strategies for concerns.
7. Provide one-to-one support therapy and group support therapy sessions.
8. Prepare comprehensive psychological assessment reports.
9. Contribute to the development of pathways in specialist areas and provide guidance and training to the team.
10. Maintain accurate records and service monitoring requirements.
11. Stay updated on knowledge in the subject area through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses.
12. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team at the Centre.
13. Attend regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and training as required.
14. Refer clients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.
15. Liaise with healthcare professionals as part of a health management team.
16. Perform other duties delegated by the service provision.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in psychology.
2. A Bachelor's degree in clinical psychology from an accredited university.
3. DHA License holder.
4. A Master's degree in clinical psychology or a specific branch of counselling.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Good computer proficiency, e.g., MS Office.
