Job Summary

Position Overview

We are seeking a US based User Experience Designer who is excited about the opportunity to work with a high growth company that is positioned to dominate a relatively untapped market.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate User Experience (UX) Designer to join our product team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the design process from concept to execution, translating user needs and business goals into clear, user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs. You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure our software is intuitive, accessible, modern and visually consistent.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with product owners, software developers and customers to gather and understand user requirements
  • Design and iterate on user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
  • Conduct customer research to validate design decisions using a variety of methods and tools to obtain both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Apply UX best practices and design thinking principles to improve the customer experience
  • Take a pragmatic approach to design, balancing high-quality user experiences with iterative developments cycles and the need to ship quickly
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system and ensure design consistency across the platform
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide design input and ensure alignment with product goals
  • Incorporate results and feedback back into the product design process
  • Posses the organizational skills to manage tasks required to see a project through to completion, while balancing multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures in every stage of the development process, ensuring all project work is captured and organized accordingly

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component design, prototyping, and collaboration tools
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
  • Experience working with Agile development teams
  • Proven ability to balance UX quality with time-to-market demands in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process and high-quality design solutions
