- Each auditor is allocated a number of outlets of different types which is referred to as his/her Panel. The auditor is responsible for clearing the number of items in the IC questionnaire for this panel.
- Return the completed questionnaire to the field office according to the given schedule. Before submitting the questionnaire validate item descriptions segments prices barcodes and item codes carefully. Additionally where permission to capture images is granted upload pictures of the products in epics through Nielsen Product Picture (NPP). There should be no compromise on the quality of information collected.
- The average number of items cleared per day should be no less than 65.
Support On:
- Collecting new category/characteristics openings based on specific requests.
- Purchasing items based on Operations and adhoc requirements.
- Additional office activities related to IC questionnaire preparation and quality control.
- Queries.
- Panel Census Information collection.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain a healthy relationship with retailers/shopkeepers. Notify the supervisor about outlets refusing cooperation or any other difficulties encountered.
- Proactively capture the complete barcode description price and relevant information and report back to the office for new launches for regular SKUs and promotions.
Training and Development:
- Before the start of each audit period the auditor must attend the briefing/training session. Each new auditor must attend an intensive initial training session. The auditor will be explained his/her duties and responsibilities fieldwork procedures how to correctly describe the various items audited and other clientspecific requests. The auditor will also undergo spot training with visits to local outlets.
- Develop new product launch reports including required characteristics with clear images and submit them frequently.
Adherence to Nielsen Code of Conduct
Field Updates Responsibilities:
- Collect useful information from the field occurring in the respective market and prepare sufficient market highlights reports.
- Ensure the distribution of gifts given to retail shops at the ratio defined by the supervisor and upon completion obtain a receipt form.
Qualifications :
- Good in Communication: English Speaking Reading and Writing
- Computer Knowledge MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Driving License with car required for Field coordination
