In This Role You Will
- Conduct guided tours at historical and tourist sites across the UAE, sharing insights on culture, traditions, and customs.
- Lead incentive and familiarisation trips, ensuring smooth operation according to the itinerary.
- Coordinate tourist attraction payments and prepare documentation for customer arrivals.
- Organise and deliver welcome meetings within 24 hours of customer arrival, covering UAE culture, hotel facilities, and products.
- Promote tours and safaris to meet sales targets and contribute to revenue.
- Manage sales transactions and submit reports to head office accurately.
- Visit hotels daily to meet customers and answer queries.

Qualifications

Operating Environment:
