You will work closely with clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring superior service quality.
Responsibilities
- Running liner hanger & cementing jobs.
- Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job hazard analysis, and promptly report any issues
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions
- Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills to perform work processes according to your role level and competence
- Perform job planning, preparation, mobilization, job execution, and submit all job-related data and documentation within acceptable timeframes
- Be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to client needs
- Test, operate, and maintain tools and equipment according to work instructions, policies, and procedures, based on your level of training and competence
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
- Follow up on failures with the R&M team and ensure failure reports are closed with clients
- Contribute, participate, or lead equipment failure investigations that support Root Cause Analysis reports
- Oversee, lead, and mentor Field Operation crew members (for intermediate and senior-level roles)
- Act as a technical advisor to management and interpret data for client representatives to optimize services (for senior-level roles)
- Perform engineering checks while on client location, including hand calculations, software computations, or new computations based on the latest data (for intermediate and senior-level roles)
- Manage the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the field (for senior-level Field Specialist roles)

Responsibilities :
- Complete on-site customer installation, service support, telephone support, hardware and software configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for Process Instruments products.
- Ensure repaired systems meet operating specifications, documenting service performed.
- Deliver online and onsite training at the end user's facility to help them familiarize themselves with, operate, and maintain the analyzer in accordance with the agreed customer contract terms.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop strategies aimed at maximizing the market penetration of the company's products in the region.
- Create opportunities to grow service revenue through initiatives such as paid preventive maintenance, annual calibration, or upselling opportunities.
- Isolate analyzer faults to the board level for electronic and sample systems and perform repairs.
- Propose design enhancements and improvements.
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams down to the component level.

The Senior Service Engineer will be reporting directly to the Field Line Manager and will be based in Dubai. As part the Controls & Security systems Aftermarket team you will install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on the BMS (Controls) systems.

As a Senior Service Engineer you will use your strong BMS systems technical knowledge to execute site surveys and carry out full dilapidation reports, inspecting all refrigeration components and recommending system enhancements, upgrades and replacements as necessary. As an experienced Service Engineer, you will;
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of BMS-controlled equipment such as HVAC, CRAC units, chillers, UPS, and generators.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise the activities and resources for day-to-day activities covered under the contract agreement.
• Coordinate closely with the Head office support departments in a planned manner to get the required support in time.
• Provide technical advice and assistance and makes recommendations based upon field observation and maintenance needs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of work methods and procedures used in maintenance and engineering and recommends improvements.
• Advise on availability of materials, spares, consumables including tools for smooth execution of activities.
• Prepare and review various performance reports such as Preliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis Etc. Monitor the effectiveness of PM programs and recommends changes as required.
• Execute project with due attention for quality, health and safety and environment and Liaise with the Company Quality & HSE manager on all aspects of quality and safety.

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking on an exciting growth phase, expanding its direct presence in seven regions. KONE seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Engineer to join our office in Dubai. This role involves planning, managing, and overseeing the contracted scope of work, responsible for the safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of KONE solutions, in line with the agreed schedule and budget.
The successful candidate will be accountable for planning, managing, and controlling the field service operations in his/her area according to the service contract requirements, company policies, and KONE processes.
The Service Engineer will also be the first point of contact for all technical or operational issues raised by any customer and will be accountable for the costs of the maintenance field operations (callouts, service repairs, planned maintenance) and the revenues from callout and service repair sales.
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty, and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and a strong leader, along with a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities
Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication, including equipment safety and performance
Resolving customer service quality complaints and invoicing complaints related to maintenance operations
Delivery of service according to the service contract requirements as per the KONE quality standards and the local regulations
Control of the field operations costs, callouts, and service repair sales.
Managing the third-party inspection visits and follow-up actions
Validates the service contract and technical terms with sales
Accountable for the planned maintenance scheduling, optimized routing, and performing site audits
Investigating accidents and following company policy on evidence custody and internal reporting
Responsible for the performance of assigned technicians, their motivation, and their competence development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
A driven and energetic representative with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Experience in elevator service operations or service sales is preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized individual with a strong focus on customer service.
Open to applicants from any location; GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong aptitude for understanding and analyzing customer needs to provide customized solutions.

We are currently looking for an Electrical Field Service Engineer.
What will you be doing
- Independently execute Electrical Field Service activities during overhaul, repair, and troubleshooting. Being able to work independently and also alongside mechanical service engineers / sub-contractors / shipyard labour on location.
- Prepare a list of tools and materials needed for workload.
- Carry out site surveys and detail work specifications. Liaise closely with the Service Superintendent and the Service Manager to ensure service deadlines are met.
- Ensuring that all timesheets (signed by customer) and expense sheets are submitted to the Service Administrator weekly.
- Liaise with customers on site handling enquiries and technical queries.
- Ensure that all activities on-site are carried out in accordance with the site safety rules and in compliance with the Company's Health and Safety obligations.
- To adopt a pleasant, adaptable attitude when requested to assist Company staff with any "ad-hoc" duties that may be required.
- Carry out all tasks in such a way as to always ensure maximum (internal and external) satisfaction to the extent that this is within the employee's control.
- In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances, but which may not of necessity, change the general character or level of responsibility of the post.
To be successful, you will need the following :
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Power / Marine Engineering with good academic record.
- Be proficient with VFD , PMS , Switch Boards , Engine controls with a minimum of 5 years experience .
- This role requires frequent travel; therefore, the ideal applicant must be flexible with regards to work locations
- A good team player
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
You will be at an advantage if you have experience with :
- Speed governors.
- Propulsion control systems.
- Energy battery storage.
