  11. This includes unloading and moving materials from the goods area to the back store and vice versa. If stock is unavailable, put the customer's name on the wishlist and call them when stock arrives.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area, including staff break areas.
  13. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures at all times.
