**About the Role**
We're looking for a **Warehouse Operations** - **Senior Team Leader** to support our leadership team in executing daily operations, supervising shifts, and reporting performance across key logistics functions. You will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and act as a vital link between frontline teams and management leveraging digital tools and data insights to boost efficiency and productivity.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to:**
+ Coordinate the team to meet the daily production goals on safety, quality, velocity and cost targets.
+ Implement productivity, quality, and service standards; resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
+ Support team members with workflow related questions/queries. Train and onboard team members in standard work processes.
+ Proactively resolve issues and generate new ideas for your assigned area using the Continuous Improvement (CI) process to improve quality, effectiveness and safety.
+ Contribute performance data to strategic planning and reviews.
+ Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.

**Your profile - what you should bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher.
+ 2-5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation.
+ Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
+ Must be flexible and support extra hours if required and willing to work on a multi shift pattern.
