Role Summary

We are hiring a Shipping Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day performance of a portfolio of time-chartered crude tankers. You will handle voyage tracking, cargo reconciliation, operational reporting, and coordination with terminals, agents, and masters. This is an on-site role in Dubai that requires availability beyond standard hours. This is a priority hire and an immediate start is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Voyage Operations & Monitoring

• Execute crude tanker operations under time charter
• Track vessel performance and manage daily issues
• Coordinate with masters, owners, and agents across regional ports

Cargo & Documentation

• Lead cargo reconciliation and discharge/load accuracy
• Maintain voyage logs, daily reports, and compliance documents
• Support STS preparations when required

Communication & Escalation

• Act as liaison with terminals and the internal operations team
• Relay critical updates to management on time
• Flag and escalate operational, weather, or compliance risks

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years in tanker operations on the owner or owner-operator side
• Prior seafaring experience (deck officer or higher)
• Experience with crude/dirty cargo and Middle East ports
• Strong Excel proficiency; Veson IMOS is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and available 24/7 during active voyages
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate quickly for on-site work in Dubai
