• Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP WM and EWM modules, integrating SAP with other business systems (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori for warehouse management user interfaces and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting is desirable.
• Familiarity and experience with data migration and conversion techniques for SAP, including the use of SAP Data Services or SAP S/4HANA migration tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA certification in WM/EWM modules is highly mandatory.

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to handle customer inquiries, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments, documentation, and schedules. Provide prompt and professional support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum 1 year of experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry.
• A strong knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and shipping/logistics software.
