Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a proven ability to lead teams, and exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English .

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, and sales performance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Ensure the shop maintains high standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and analyse sales figures, stock levels, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports on store performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail or shop management.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).

JOB PURPOSE

The Shop Manager is responsible for supervising store operations to ensure exceptional customer service, maximize sales, and profitability in line with company objectives. He/she manages inventory, maintenance, and ensures the shop's external appearance meets brand standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Detect, anticipate, and regularly report on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities impacting the region or market.
