CANDIDATE PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree : Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field and completed with an field / construction safety specialty,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale onshore Greenfield and brownfield project with a very good knowledge of COMPANY General Specifications, rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards,
• Thorough understanding of onshore O&G plant construction methods (technical aspects and related safety risks),
• Previous operational experience with similar stringency of Environmental & Social requirements and complexity,
• Significant experiences in risk assessment techniques (Hazop, Hazan, Fault Tree, What if, etc.),
• Good knowledge in safety & environmental matters, e.g. rules, O&G industry practices, etc,
• Ability to determine the potential worst case scenarios in order to assess the realistic level of risk. Identify appropriate controls and risk reducing measures,
• Ability to embrace and closely monitor Environmental, Social Performances and Security requirements as critical aspects of the Project Site execution,
• Team player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments,

The main missions of the Job Holder are as follows :

• Contribute to the implementation of the CPY H2SE Management System at the CPF-2 site. Contribute to ensuring that CPF-2 site is a safe and healthy workplace for all Company (CPY) CPF-2 Site Team members and Contractor (CTR) personnels,
• Ensure strict compliance to H2SE requirements, including Environmental / Biodiversity and Social Performance matters given the specific context of the GGIP Projects,
• Implement the supervision and control of construction activities regarding the HSE aspects, as directed by the CPF-2 H2SE Superintendent and in compliance with the CPY H2SE Management System. The ultimate goal being that potential risks that could harm or impede activities at the CPF-2 site are well identified and that relevant mitigation plans developed to minimize these potential risks are correctly implemented,
• Participate to CTR's JRAs reviews and ensure that these JRAs are duly implemented,
• Participate to Incident Investigation and Reporting related to CPF-2 site activities as directed by the H2SE Superintendent. Assist and participate to risk, operational safety and emergency preparedness reviews and analysis,
• Act as an example in all H2SE aspects concerned by the PROJECT activities in the CPF-2 Site area (including surrounding communities areas).

Currie & Brown is looking for a Project Manager with high end residential / hotel / hospitality new build experience to join our Project Management team working in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Project Manager, you will be managing project stakeholders and provide leadership to the project team.

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for project definition and delivery
• Responsible for establishing project delivery plans and appropriate control mechanisms to assure effective delivery of the project

ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for managing all activities on assigned project in order to ensure expeditious completion of the physical site works in support and collaboration with main Contractor and Consultancy site supervision / inspection teams. It is also responsible to ensure that the Main Contractor and Consultancy teams are working towards a common goal asdefined within the contract.
ROLE PROFILE

• Generate, secure, or otherwise confirm all information needed to create, monitor, and modify the progress schedule on a continuous basis.
• Support the Majid Al Futtaim Project Controls Manager in developing and monitoring the progress schedule(s).
• Monitor and develop with the Main Contractor the project logistics plan in line with the sequence of works on site.
• Monitor actual production versus planned production by all parties.
• Determine whether the Contractor and Sub Contractors are providing sufficient work force, hours of work and production rates to achieve the monthly performance commitments and baseline programme.

• Minimum 7 - 9 years work experience in Construction and Project Management function in a reputed organization in GCC.
