CANDIDATE PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree : Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction field and completed with an field / construction safety specialty,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry with similar large-scale onshore Greenfield and brownfield project with a very good knowledge of COMPANY General Specifications, rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards,
- Thorough understanding of onshore O&G plant construction methods (technical aspects and related safety risks),
- Previous operational experience with similar stringency of Environmental & Social requirements and complexity,
- Significant experiences in risk assessment techniques (Hazop, Hazan, Fault Tree, What if, etc.),
- Good knowledge in safety & environmental matters, e.g. rules, O&G industry practices, etc,

The main missions of the Job Holder are as follows :
- Contribute to the implementation of the CPY H2SE Management System at the CPF-2 site. Contribute to ensuring that CPF-2 site is a safe and healthy workplace for all Company (CPY) CPF-2 Site Team members and Contractor (CTR) personnels,
- Ensure strict compliance to H2SE requirements, including Environmental / Biodiversity and Social Performance matters given the specific context of the GGIP Projects,
- Implement the supervision and control of construction activities regarding the HSE aspects, as directed by the CPF-2 H2SE Superintendent and in compliance with the CPY H2SE Management System. The ultimate goal being that potential risks that could harm or impede activities at the CPF-2 site are well identified and that relevant mitigation plans developed to minimize these potential risks are correctly implemented,
- Participate to CTR's JRAs reviews and ensure that these JRAs are duly implemented,

- Prepare a daily report, job diary and photographs to support the contemporaneous records being maintained by the consultancy team.
- Ensure that the site works are being conducted in line with the approved method statement and that international best practice for safety is being adopted at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 - 9 years work experience in Construction and Project Management function in a reputed organization in GCC.
- Post contract experience is mandatory.
- Good understanding of design, construction and commercial management.
