We are seeking a skilled Building Service Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of our facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of building service staff, including janitorial, maintenance, and repair teams.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract and commercial management compliance across assigned project sections, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with at least 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East as a project lead. They will also have previous experience in large-scale infrastructure projects related to this position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing contract correspondence for clients and supply chain, maintaining accurate records. They will also develop, review, and advise on contractual letters, notices, and communications to guarantee compliance with obligations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare and submit payment applications in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. They will also review and draft variation/change orders in line with contractual procedures, supporting the approval process with documentation and justifications.

Other key responsibilities include evaluating and preparing variation submissions and new rate proposals, assessing cost, scope, and time implications for fair contract adjustments.
