The primary role of a Land Surveyor is to establish and define the boundaries of properties through detailed surveys, measurements, and mapping techniques.

• Conducting topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys to determine property lines, elevations, and other characteristics of terrain;
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records and documents related to surveys, including sketches, maps, and legal descriptions;
