Job Description

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Testing, Commissioning & AMC of electrical power system equipment such as LV Panels, Capacitor Banks, Control panels, MCC panels, etc. (power plants and substations, Data centers, District cooling plants, Utilities, O&G and Industrial)
• Should be able to perform tests independently like HV, Megger, CRM, Primary & Secondary Injection Test, and Thermography.
• Candidate should be well aware of VFD, Soft-Starter, MFM, and Kwh Meters Wiring.
• Should be able to read the drawings and trace out faults/mistakes in control components and wiring.
• Knowledge of switchgear components like ACB, MCCB, RCCB, and MCB is a must.
• Should be able to perform wiring modifications, busbar modifications, and panel coupling in the existing panels at site.
• Preparing SAT, service reports, etc.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Ready Mixed Concrete Manufacturing industry with a strong background in onsite concrete testing and quality control . 1. Perform site-based concrete sampling, slump tests, cube making, and curing.
2. Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
3. Maintain accurate records of all testing results and site observations.

Job Description

• Record maintenance needs based on daily visits to shops and requests from Store Services Specialists, and plan, schedule, and distribute tasks accordingly.
• Assist in managing and coordinating floor operations between shops and maintenance work.
• Supervise preventive works to ensure they are carried out by contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Coordinate with repair contractors for items beyond team capabilities.
• Monitor security issues (shop door alarm, intrusion, and fire alarm) to ensure proper functioning.
