The Opportunity
We're seeking a senior practitioner who combines
strategic clarity

hands‑on craft
. You will set the social strategy, build scalable content systems, and produce (or direct) assets that are on‑brand, on‑message, and
measurably effective
. You'll partner closely with UX, design, engineering, SEO, and paid media to ensure every post has a purpose, a place in the funnel, and a way to prove impact.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Define content pillars, audience personas, message hierarchy, and the 90‑day narrative plan per client.
- Build monthly editorial calendars with integrated organic + paid moments; maintain a clear approval workflow.
- Content Creation & Direction
- Write platform‑specific copy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
- Create or direct assets: carousels, diagrams, stat cards, short‑form video (storyboards, scripts, shoots/edits).
- Maintain a reusable
content system
(naming, templates, components, aspect ratios). - Cross‑Functional Handoffs
- Issue precise Spec Packs
to SEO (intent/keywords, internal links), Web (components/placements), and Paid (variants, hooks, CTAs). - Coordinate with analytics for UTMs, events, and reporting views.
- Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs per funnel stage; build dashboards; run structured A/B tests on hooks, visuals, and offers.
- Present monthly performance readouts with clear recommendations and backlog priorities.
- Community & Brand Safety
- Implement community guidelines, escalation paths, and usage rights for UGC/creator content.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead workshops and presentations; manage feedback calmly and keep work anchored to the brief and metrics.
Required Experience
- 2-5 years in social media strategy and content creation with B2B or product‑led work; agency experience preferred.
- Portfolio showing
system‑level work
(pillars, calendars, content templates) and
measurable outcomes
(qualified traffic, leads, pipeline influence). - Strong copywriting and visual direction; confident in
Figma
and
Adobe
