The Opportunity

We're seeking a senior practitioner who combines 
strategic clarity
 with 
hands‑on craft
. You will set the social strategy, build scalable content systems, and produce (or direct) assets that are on‑brand, on‑message, and 
measurably effective
. You'll partner closely with UX, design, engineering, SEO, and paid media to ensure every post has a purpose, a place in the funnel, and a way to prove impact.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Positioning
  • Define content pillars, audience personas, message hierarchy, and the 90‑day narrative plan per client.
  • Build monthly editorial calendars with integrated organic + paid moments; maintain a clear approval workflow.
  • Content Creation & Direction
  • Write platform‑specific copy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
  • Create or direct assets: carousels, diagrams, stat cards, short‑form video (storyboards, scripts, shoots/edits).
  • Maintain a reusable 
    content system
     (naming, templates, components, aspect ratios).
  • Cross‑Functional Handoffs
  • Issue precise Spec Packs
     to SEO (intent/keywords, internal links), Web (components/placements), and Paid (variants, hooks, CTAs).
  • Coordinate with analytics for UTMs, events, and reporting views.

Required Experience

  • 2-5 years in social media strategy and content creation with B2B or product‑led work; agency experience preferred.
  • Portfolio showing 
    system‑level work
     (pillars, calendars, content templates) and 
    measurable outcomes
     (qualified traffic, leads, pipeline influence).
  • Strong copywriting and visual direction; confident in
