 Key Responsibilities:

Hubspot CRM - Onboarding and Support  Support the Regional teams to onboard newly acquired schools on the admissions process implemented in Hubspot.

·   Liaise the regional CRM managers as well as the Regional Admissions heads to utilize the Marketing automation tools for the campaigns as well as the Sales tools to nurture the leads.Optimize the overall usage of application to improve daily operations and boost productivity.Accordingly, train regional teams on CRM usage, best practices, and data entry guidelines to ensure data sanity and integrity.

·   Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Regional CRM and Marketing team to create and implement email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other customer communication materials in Hubspot.Effectively utilize multiple channels like email, WhatsApp, website landing pages, social lead gen, posts and support the regions to get maximum conversions/ enrolments.

Data Management and Analysis:

·    Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and hygiene.Regularly analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement for the schools and overall regionGenerate reports and insights to inform decision-making for the upcoming CRM initiatives and campaigns and share the insights with the regions.

Team Training & Implement Best Practices

We are hiring a software engineer to build resilient systems with Canonical's cloud technologies. This remote role requires CI pipeline development and proficiency in Python/Go.

Description:

We are seeking a software engineer passionate about building and validating resilient distributed systems. At Canonical, you can build a career and drive the success of those leveraging Canonical's Ubuntu and Juju to create multi-cloud deployable applications.

We view quality engineering as a first-class engineering practice and are looking for individuals who can provide deep engineering insights and a data-driven approach to test automation, reporting, and data analytics. The Distributed Systems testing team at Canonical ensures the high quality of Canonical's Cloud solutions based on Juju, Terraform, OpenStack, and Kubernetes when deployed in various environments, from customer data centers to public clouds like AWS, GCE, and Azure.

Your day will look like:

  1. Create automated testing approaches and infrastructure for validating reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud orchestration tools and applications.
  2. Enable engineering teams across Canonical to develop software confidently by providing distributed system testing tooling.
  3. Enhance continuous integration pipelines for deploying and testing Canonical's cloud-native products such as Kubeflow.
  4. Deploy, manage, and debug highly distributed systems.
  5. Monitor and report on automated testing efforts.
  6. Collaborate daily with a globally distributed team.

What we are looking for in you:

  1. Solid background in modern test processes and strategies.
  2. Experience with Python or Go development.
  3. Strong object-oriented development skills.
  4. Ability to develop and ship production-grade modern web applications.
  5. Working knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub CI.
  6. Knowledge of networking technologies and fundamentals.
  7. Solid understanding of Linux system architecture.
  8. A capacity for complex abstract thinking.
  9. Capability for 2-4 weeks of international travel per year.

Additional skills that you might also bring:

  1. Collecting and analyzing large multidimensional datasets.
  2. Operating data platforms: key-value stores, relational or document databases, event buses.
  3. Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
  4. Developing AI/ML pipelines.
